Brooke Shields Finds a Buyer for Her Pacific Palisades Property

Brooke Shields, the star of “Endless Love” has decoupled from her Pacific Palisades property. The SoCal estate of the actress and model, on the market for $7,995,000, has found a buyer. The listing is marked as “pending sale.”

As we previously reported, she had placed her home on the market in August 2021 for $8,195,000. The following month, the price was cut to $7,995,000 before coming off the market last November.

The rustic abode was relisted at the beginning of 2022 for the same price and has now snagged a buyer. Shields will enjoy significant upside on her longtime home: She purchased the place in 1989 for $2,477,500.

However, the star had long since left the area, renting the picturesque pad for as much as $35,000 a month as far back as 2015.

Past A-list tenants included Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, then a couple, who needed a place to stay while their huge compound down the street was under construction.

Located in the prime Pacific Palisades neighborhood known as the Upper Riviera, the tranquil and serene spot is perfect for privacy-loving celebs. It also features canyon and mountain views.

The home was built in 1982, and its layout includes five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms spread across 5,345 square feet.

Highlights include a two-story foyer, living room with a fireplace, and walls of windows. Doors open to a wraparound patio that surrounds the main level. A chef’s kitchen, island, and breakfast room, along with a dining room, can be found on this level.

Upstairs, the sprawling primary suite offers an office, fireplace, balcony, walk-in closet, and spa bathroom with fireplace and sauna.

On the lower floor, additional bedrooms, as well as a media room and bar, fill out the space.

Set on a woodsy, half-acre lot, the grounds offer patios for lounging, dining, a barbecue area, pool, and spa.

The star of “Lipstick Jungle” now makes her home in the urban jungle of New York City, where she’s owned a $5.5 million townhouse in the West Village since 2008. The building was picked up as a fixer-upper, and its transformation graced the pages of Architectural Digest.

In addition, Shields snapped up a six-bedroom Hamptons retreat in 2013 for $4 million. That property offers a 4,500-square-foot abode on a half-acre with a pool.

The performer has been in the public eye since her baby modeling days. She starred in her first leading role in the film “Pretty Baby,” at the age of 12. She was the youngest model to ever cover Vogue magazine, at age 14.

More recently, the mother of two has appeared in TV roles, such as “Jane the Virgin,” and “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.” She voices Beverly Goodman in the Adult Swim animated series “Momma Named Me Sheriff.”

Jade Mills with Coldwell Banker Realty holds the listing.
