David Duchovny Now Willing To Take a Loss on His $6M NYC Apartment


Is a buyer out there? “The X-Files” star David Duchovny is still searching for a sale of his beautiful Manhattan abode.

The apartment with Central Park views is back on the market, marked down to $5,995,000. The 61-year-old actor bought it in 2012 for $6,029,700.

As we previously reported, the upscale Upper West Side unit first became available in May 2021 for a hefty $7.5 million. The price dropped to $6,950,000 before it came off the market in November.
