Denver Broncos Quarterback Russell Wilson Snags Colorado Mansion

New Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson has picked up a Denver-area trophy mansion for the Rocky Mountain–high price of $25 million, according to the Denver Post.

The final sale price hasn’t been disclosed, but the transaction is likely to set a record for the area.

Ready to leave his tenure with the Seattle Seahawks in his rear view, Wilson and his wife, Ciara, are also selling their posh property in Bellevue, WA.

The couple are asking $36 million for their elegant estate, which is also the priciest listing in the state of Washington.

Denver-area digs

Their new Denver-area property is located in the posh enclave of Cherry Hills Village. It sits on a lot of 5.34 acres, measures 20,060 square feet, and boasts four bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

Built in 2018, the mansion features a double-height entry with a spiral staircase, a living room with a stone-surround fireplace, a formal dining room, and a kitchen with a center island and seating.

The primary suite comes with a walk-in closet and a bath with a soaking tub.

There’s also a home theater, indoor sport court, bar, office, library, indoor pool and spa, and nine-car garage.

Outside, the acreage includes a grassy lawn, a fireplace, and a dining area.

Cherry Hills Village is about 12 miles from the Broncos stadium.

Waterfront real estate

Meanwhile, the nine-time Pro Bowler is looking to complete a big deal back in Washington. The star player’s Bellevue property faces Lake Washington and comes with nearly 2 acres, water frontage, and a dock.

The price goes down to $28 million without the adjacent 1.06-acre parcel.

Now 33, Wilson starred for the Seahawks for 10 seasons, leading his team to a Super Bowl victory against the Broncos in 2013. After an injury-filled 2021 season, Wilson was traded to Denver in March.
