NASCAR’s Greg Biffle Is Speeding Away From His Fort Lauderdale Home

NASCAR champion Greg Biffle is racing away from his Fort Lauderdale, FL, home. You can park there for $3.1 million.

The race car driver picked up the waterfront residence in 2020 for $1,339,700. He’ll motor away with a hefty profit if he gets his price.

The home “has been operating as a highly successful income property,” the listing notes. It sits in the gated Bermuda Riviera community right on a canal. The desirable location is in the heart of the city, just blocks from the beach.

Built in 1969, the home has been remodeled. The 2,347 square feet of living space includes four bedrooms and three baths. The open floor plan features the living and dining space adjacent to the open kitchen.

If motoring across the water is more your thing than racing cars, this home could be the perfect place to drop anchor.

The oversized corner lot comes with 120 feet of linear dockage, which can accommodate a 112-foot vessel such as the one Biffle owns. The dock space could also be rented out for “tremendous returns,” the listing states.

Biffle, a Washington native, has been boating his entire life, and Fort Lauderdale has served as the home base for his yacht, Checkered Past.

However, the semiretired driver is reported to be looking for a more permanent port elsewhere in the state.

In addition to the massive dock, the outdoor space offers a covered dining and lounging space by the heated pool.

The home is being offered fully furnished and turn-key, complete with the pool table, TVs, and even a new roof. But the boat will stay with Biffle.

Now 52, Biffie still competes in NASCAR Cup Series and the Superstar Racing Experience. The driver won the NASCAR Busch Series in 2002 and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck series in 2000.
