Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes is already stepping away from her recently purchased Atlanta apartment. It’s now available for $2.5 million.

The reality TV personality purchased it for $1.85 million in November 2021. Less than a year later, it’s back on the market with a price increase.

The ritzy residence is part of the five-star Waldorf Astoria Hotel and comes with souped-up security and a four-car garage.

The gated townhouse, one of just three, is set apart from the hotel. It is accessed through a courtyard and gated entrance.

The four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa spans 4,045 square feet and offers high ceilings, hardwood floors, and three levels of living space.

A living room with a fireplace adjoins a dining area and kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast room, and a door to a dining patio. The upstairs area features a second living room.

An entertaining level includes a full bar as well as an office that opens to the courtyard and gardens.

The primary suite takes up the entire top level and comes with a patio, a luxe marble bath with a soaking tub, and a massive custom closet.

This unit comes with a second kitchen and laundry room.

Hotel resident amenities include 24/7 concierge service, an enclosed saltwater pool, a full spa, a fitness center, and a five-star restaurant. The prime locale is within walking distance to Buckhead shops and restaurants.

Done with Duluth

The quick flip comes months after Leakes finally sold her suburban spread in Duluth, GA, for $2.65 million this January.

She and husband Gregg Leakes purchased the 10,517-square-foot Mediterranean mansion for $2,075,000 in 2015. The couple added a pool, a custom closet, and a beauty salon.

Following her husband’s death from cancer, Leakes listed the home in September 2021 for $4 million. She had cut the price twice before she was able to sell the home.

The longtime “Real Housewives” cast member departed the show after Season 12. She’s reportedly suing Bravo and the production company, claiming workplace discrimination.

Leakes, 54, is also known for her recurring role on the TV show “Glee.” She competed on “Celebrity Apprentice” and “Dancing with the Stars.”
