Pink‘s waterfront mansion in Malibu, CA, has resurfaced with a lower price of $13,995,000, according to Mansion Global.
The vacation retreat was initially listed for $14,995,000 in October 2021—just months after the “So What” singer and her husband, Corey Hart, bought it from Barry Manilow. They paid $13.7 million for the home.
The mansion was built in 1976 and had been totally redone before Pink picked it up.
The 4,320-square-foot home has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The on-trend interiors feature two-story ceilings, disappearing walls of glass, and oak floors.
The white and bright chef’s kitchen comes with a center island and opens to casual and formal dining areas with ocean views. Out on the courtyard and patios are dining and lounging areas.
The primary suite comes with a fireplace, two walk-in closets, and a deck with ocean and coastline views. Along with the additional guest bedrooms, a family room with a fireplace opens out to the courtyard.
The property includes a separate one-bedroom guesthouse.
The celeb couple previously owned another Malibu home. The 6,300-square-foot home sat on 1.2 acres, which included a pool and tropical landscaping. They sold the home in 2016 for $12.5 million. They paid $11.85 million for it in 2010.
In April 2021, they sold an adjacent 1.23-acre parcel for $7.5 million. They paid $4 million for it in 2010.
Pink also owns a 200-acre ranch and vineyard in Santa Barbara County.
The acrobatic hitmaker raked in $47 million in 2020, according to Forbes. She has sold over 135 million records worldwide.
