“Legally Blonde” star Reese Witherspoon has sold her Brentwood estate for $21.5 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Witherspoon and her husband, Jim Toth, picked up the L.A. mansion in 2020 for $15.89 million. They made the purchase through an entity connected to the award-winning actress, according to the Journal. Listed in March for $25 million, the home is now pending sale.
Located in lower Mandeville Canyon, the newly renovated home measures10,343 square feet, with seven bedrooms and 10 baths. It features custom-designed finishes, woodwork, and an open floor plan.
On her Instagram feed, Witherspoon shared an image of the elegant foyer earlier this year.
The main level features a living room with French doors, a dining room, a family room with a bar, a wood-paneled office or library, a chef’s kitchen, and a breakfast room.
The second floor boasts a large primary suite with separate baths, closets, and space for an office, nursery, or gym.
Out back, the 3.1-acre lot includes a blue-tiled pool and spa, a limestone barbecue, an eight-seat bar.
The home is just minutes from Brentwood, Santa Monica, and Pacific Palisades.

Previously, Witherspoon sold a Pacific Palisades residence in an off-market deal for just over $17 million in 2020. She also sold a Malibu hobby farm for $6.7 million.
The Nashville native owns a home in Music City that was showcased last season on “The Home Edit.”
Witherspoon has starred in films such as “Election,” “Sweet Home Alabama,” and Cruel Intentions.” She won an Academy Award for her role in “Walk the Line.” More recently the 46-year-old has produced and starred in TV shows such as “Big Little Lies” and “The Morning Show.”
