San Francisco Condo Featured in “Matrix: Resurrections” Up for Sale

How do you know your home is The One?

The location scouts of the latest installment in the “Matrix” franchise saw something special in this condo in San Francisco‘s Russian Hill neighborhood.

Movie fans will recognize scenes with Neo, played by Keanu Reeves, and his analyst, played Neal Patrick Harris, seated in a well-appointed San Francisco townhouse. (For a refresher, the opening scene in this trailer shows the building and the living area.)

In real life, the Vallejo Street home is now on the market for $4.2 million. Alas, there is no evidence of a red or blue pill.

What you will get is a serene and stylish home with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It offers plenty of spaces to entertain friends and family, along with spectacular views of the bay and downtown skyline.

Built in 1998, the 2,611-square-foot home was recently rejuvenated. It features timeless elements such as bay windows, hardwood floors, as well as classic moldings, cabinetry, and trim. The two-level residence shares a building with five other homes.

The upper level includes a living room with bay windows, a fireplace, and built-in bookshelves. The kitchen comes with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and double glass doors that open to a balcony overlooking the backyard. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area.

On the lower level are three bedrooms and a laundry closet.

The primary suite includes built-ins, two walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bath. Glass doors open to a private patio surrounded by greenery.
