With over 12,500 square feet of living space and multiple outdoor entertaining areas, the huge home boasts 150-year-old reclaimed walnut floors, Venetian plaster walls, hand-carved cedar and Douglas fir beams, and limestone fireplaces.

The spacious residence includes four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. A massive main living and dining area features a beamed ceiling, two chandeliers, and glass doors that lead outside. An open kitchen serves up double ovens and a large island.

Other luxe amenities include a home theater, game room, gym, and elevator. There are two garages with space for 10 cars, and a lookout tower.

The hilltop spot also offers an infinity pool and spa, covered terraces, walkways, an outdoor kitchen, and a pond with a dock.

While the country music star has left his longtime residence, he has other places to hang his hat. He reportedly owns multiple properties on the Caribbean island of St. John.

Chesney, 53, is one of the top-selling country performers, with over 30 million records sold worldwide, and appeared at No. 87 in 2018 in a Forbes list of the top-earning celebrities. Recently, he reportedly sold the majority of his music catalog for an undisclosed amount.
