Artech Residences at Aventura

Living in Artech for 10 years. Great place to live ! Current administration always working hard to improve and to keep the place neat ! Maintenance personnel are very professional and dedicated. Architecture and lay out of the building's a masterpiece. Amenities are better than most of the new buildings all over the greater Miami. The street gives a sense of privacy since is a no outlet street. Nice arts & cultural center by the end of the street facing Biscayne Bay and one of the best, "A" rated elementary schools as well !

I lived in the building almost three years now. Great amenities, especially the gym and outside areas, spotless and well maintained. Amazing staff and management is very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend.

I've lived in many condos, and the management, maintenance, security and valet service personnel in Artech are by far the most helpful, courteous and friendly I have encountered, the building is in great shape, the amenities are awesome, I'm very happy living here.
